Since I did not get into the details of all the criteria, I was not clear whether the release satisfied the preestablished "add", "hold", or "cut" criteria (I should've read it more carefully). Since you summarized it as "overvalued", that means that the release did not meet the "add" criteria, it hit the "hold" or "cut" criteria instead.
